Running your own business can be huge fun and very rewarding but it can also turn into a nightmare unless you can get sensible advice when you need it.
As you would expect from any qualified accountant, we offer the full range of accounting, tax and VAT services, so there is nothing different there. Why we are so successful and our clients so pleased, is that we package these services in a unique way.
We aim to simplify your day to day accounting – we have developed 2 hugely successful systems, Kis for Accounting for cash businesses or our “Lock, Stock & Barrel“ system for clients who wish to outsource their accounting.
For cash businesses, our Kis accounting system is a must. Of our clients, about 80% use our Kis system with the balance using some other accounting software, e.g. Sage or Quickbooks. Gone are the days of carrier bags full of records.
For those of you who, although appreciating the importance of doing everything properly, find they have better things to do when it comes to VAT Returns, Tax Returns, then our “lock, stock and barrel” service is their salvation.
We are the perfect size to give a complete but personal service. We have about 14 staff, some part-time. Each client is known to everyone. You are not allocated a client reference number but treated as an individual.
Unusually for this size of accountancy practice we are fortunate to have a separate highly gifted Tax Department who give clear and understandable advice about tax and how to save it.
We do not charge by the hour/minute, so you can feel free to contact us at any time at no extra cost. So no worrying “how much will this cost” every time you telephone us for a query. We will agree a fixed fee in advance and that is it. No extras unless agreed between us. You never have a nasty surprise with our bills as you are always prewarned.
Remember you can change your accountants at anytime. We do all the leg work and write to your existing accountant to make sure nothing gets missed – what is vital is that you have an accountant who does what you want, when you want it and speaks the same language as you do.
