For as much as possible, we like to give a fixed fee for the work before we do it so that you are forewarned and there are no nasty surprises. For some type of work this is not possible and then we work on a time basis but again, so that there are no surprises, we agree in advance a likely total and prewarn you when we have achieved certain pre agreed amounts.
